HOW DOES SOMEONE BECOME A KNIGHT?
A boy of noble birth at the age around seven is usually sent away to a nobleman's house. Here they would learn how to have respect and how to ride a horse. Later on at age 14 they would become a apprentice to a Knight and they would serve as a squire. He would learn here how to use a sword and sometimes they would get to go into battle with his master and help out if his master was hurt or unhorsed. They were also tought how to shoot a bow and arrow, and how to carve meat for food. A successful squire at the age of 21 would be Knighted.
